The Livelyhood Pub Group is on the hunt for an experienced General Manager to bring Leadership and Love to its independent, neighbourhood Pub The Bull Wanstead.

Who are you?

• You are already an experienced Pub General Manager who runs their site with passion - as if they own it.

• You'll be committed to people - that's guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners

• You'll be inspired by self accountability, full P & L ownership and delivery of a successful pub to be proud of which has community and neighbourhood hospitality at its very heart.

Our General Manager will lead in the delivery of Livelyhood in their pub in a way that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.

About The Bull in Wanstead

The Bull in Wanstead, is a beautiful, listed building and a former bank. The Bull has a rich history and has been a huge part of the local community since its inception as a pub ten year ago.

A pub full of character, it boasts a first floor private room alongside an epic garden. It has been at the centre of many events, celebrations and Summer parties over the years.

The Bull is located on Wanstead High Street, 100 yards from Wanstead Tube Station, so also offers a great commute and it prides itself on being a real community pub.

The Bull is part of Livelyhood pub group, an established London based owner, creator, and operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood pubs.

We currently have 7 independent, inviting modern locals in London.

You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox), Balham (The Regent), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle), Wanstead (The Bull), Clapham South (The Perky Nel), Bromley South (Saucy Bird) & Elephant and Castle (The Rosy Hue).

We are also planning to open more sites in London, so this is a brilliant chance for the right people to join us and be a key part of our growth.

• A competitive salary of £42k - £47k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus

• 45 Hour working Weeks is the norm

• Additional quarterly General Manager bonus plan of £2500 a quarter.
