We're on the hunt for a lively and confident Assistant Manager at The Old Frizzle. There's a lot of love for this pub in the local community. It's a cracking site.

Who are You?

- Someone who shares the same passion and fun for hospitality that we do.

- You enjoy delighting guests and thrive from putting a smile on both the teams' and guests' faces.

- You want to develop the teams with ongoing training, engagement and opportunities.

- You're keen to drive the financial performance of the business alongside the AGM and General Manager to achieve The Old Frizzle's KPIs and budgets.

- Other qualities we value are a collaborative way of working, idea sharing and great decision making.

- You’ll bring with you your previous relevant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience in a £20k + pub or restaurant.

- Our ideal Assistant Manager candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor experience. Previous experience working with sport whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.

This is a role where you will work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside the AGM and General Manager to deliver the very best of hospitality to our Wimbledon community.

What we are offering

• A competitive salary of ££31,394 - £35k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus

• Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £5.5K making OTE £36,984 - £40,500

• Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan - £700 a quarter bonus pot
