General Manager for The Faber Fox independent Pub in Crystal Palace
Livelyhood Pub Group is on the hunt for its next inspiring General Manager to drive sales at it's local, independent, neighbourhood Pub The Faber Fox - Crystal Palace.
Who are you
You are already an experienced Pub General Manager who runs their site with passion
You'll be committed to people - that's guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners
You'll be inspired by self accountability, P & L ownership and delivery of a successful pub which has community and neighbourhood hospitality at it's very heart.
You'll want to take part in regular conversations with a supportive Line Manager who is keen to chat with you about your business & hear your ideas for moving your site forward. There's genuine opportunity to have your voice and make a difference.
Our General Manager will lead in the delivery of Livelyhood in their pub with our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.
About The Faber Fox in Crystal Palace
The Faber Fox is part of Livelyhood pub group, an established, London based owner, creator, and operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood pubs. The Faber Fox is a fantastic looking site, occupying a prime spot on Westow Hill.
It rounds up all the best bits a neighbourhood local can offer including: a large bar and dining space serving delicious food and drink from local suppliers and producers; a dedicated sports area featuring giant screens showing all the latest games; and a heated outdoor garden and terrace boasting some of the area’s best views out over the capital.

We currently have 7 independent, inviting modern locals in London.
You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox), Balham (The Regent), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle), Wanstead (The Bull), Clapham South (The Perky Nel), Bromley South (The Artful Duke) & Elephant and Castle (The Rosy Hue).
Our pubs are spaces with personality where you eat well, drink together, are entertained with everything from perfect sports viewing to weekly quizzes & celebrate life at each & every opportunity. Hospitality is in our soul.

What's In It For You
A competitive salary of £42k - £46k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus
Additional tronc/service payments – a further £4k a year is a strong steer. OTE £46k - £50k
45 Hour working Weeks is the norm
Additional quarterly General Manager bonus plan of £2500 a quarter.
