Experienced General Manager for The Faber Fox independent Pub in Crystal Palace
Livelyhood Pub Group is proud to be an established, independent London Pub Operator. We're keen to find a proven General Manager who loves neighbourhood pubs and who is passionate about guest experience & community for The Faber Fox.
About You
Our General Managers are never Caretakers, they are a genuine Business Drivers.
You are an experienced Pub General Manager who has lead their site with passion- as if they own it.
You're committed to people - that's guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners
You're motivated by self accountability, P & L ownership and delivery of a successful pub to be proud of, with community and authentic neighbourhood hospitality at it's very heart.
You'll want to collaborate and have regular chats with your GMs peers -we actively encourage this way of working as we passionately believe Peer to Peer support and relationships are key to yours and Livelyhood's growth and success.
We also want to hear your ideas for moving your site forward. There's loads of opportunity to have your voice, create your own plans for your business and be the difference.
The experience you have developed in turning a business around and/or generating sales growth is key.
You enjoy collaborating with marketing to discuss ideas, promote events and create plans that will authentically attract and retain your local community.
Previous experience working with outdoor spaces and food whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.

About The Faber Fox in Crystal Palace
The Faber Fox is a great looking pub, occupying a prime spot on Westow Hill.
It rounds up all the best bits a neighbourhood local can offer including: a large bar and dining space serving delicious fresh food and drink from local suppliers and producers; a dedicated sports area featuring giant screens showing all the latest games; and a heated outdoor garden and terrace boasting some of the area’s best views out over the capital.

What's in it for You
A competitive salary of £40k - £45k based your experience + tronc + Bonus
Strong additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £4k a year. OTE £44k - £49k
Additional quarterly General Manager bonus plan of £2500 a quarter/£10k a year plus an over and above EBITDA annual bonus scheme
45 Hour working Weeks is the norm
