Assistant Manager – The Nel, Clapham South

We’re on the hunt for a brilliant new Assistant Manager to join us at The Nel – a neighbourhood local that’s had a recent refresh and is ready for a buzzing summer. 

Think sunny terrace sessions, DJs spinning the tunes, cocktails & frozen margaritas flowing, with pizzas being served up with flair.

This role is absolutely made for someone who thrives on the floor, loves engaging with guests, and brings energy, warmth, and fun to every shift. You’ll be a natural host, love being in the thick of it, and get a real buzz from building loyal regulars and happy teams.

• Leads confidently from the front and builds positive energy across the team
• Has bags of personality – friendly, fun, and creates standout guest experiences             every shift
• Can flex across the venue – jumping on the bar to shake a cocktail or helping                 deliver our pizza offer with style
• Thrives in social, fun environments
• Is looking for a place where they can grow and make a real impact
• Is passionate about developing the team with ongoing support, training, and a               smile
• Has strong decision-making skills and is motivated to help drive the business               forward alongside the GM

What’s in it for you?

• Competitive salary £30,420 – £33,420 (based on experience)
• Additional tronc/service payments – approx. £4K/year.  OTE up to £37,420
• Additional Assistant Manager bonus – £700/quarter
